How Your Rental Works

1. Choose your rides

Choose your first ride and quantity, then use Add Onewheels or Add scooters under Mix scooters and Onewheels. You can request up to six vehicles at one address online. For a larger group, give us a call.

You will see the combined rental total in the form. Guided tours have a separate request, so call us if you want a tour and extra rental time.

2. Tell us when and where

Choose a date and time in San Diego's Pacific Time. The form leaves out past times and limits next-day starts after the evening cutoff. We still need to confirm that the equipment is available for the time you choose.

Add the street, city, ZIP code, property type, and place name. If the form asks you to call about an address, we can arrange delivery within San Diego County by phone.

3. We'll confirm the details together

Send us your plans and we'll get in touch to confirm the equipment, time, delivery, and payment details. Your reservation is only confirmed once we agree on those details with you.

We'll go over the final amount, any security hold, when to pay, and where to meet for delivery and pickup before you agree to the booking.

We'll go over cancellation, refund, and weather terms with you before you book. Ask us to include them with your confirmation, and call as soon as you know your plans need to change.

4. Meet us and get comfortable

Bring the required ID and rider documents to the agreed meeting spot. We'll show you the equipment, help with the fit, and answer questions about the brakes, battery, and route before you set off.

5. We'll come back for pickup

Have the equipment ready where we agreed to meet. If your time or location changes, call us first. If anything feels wrong with the rental, stop riding and get in touch.
