Motorized rentals cannot be ridden on the La Jolla Shores boardwalk from Avenida de la Playa to the northeast end of Kellogg Park. Beach and wildlife viewing stops are for walking.

Some coastal connections are steeper than they look on a map. Talk with us before planning Mount Soledad or a long trip up the coast, especially if you are new to riding.
Slow down at the Cove
Explore on foot, give wildlife and other visitors space, and follow current barriers. Keep equipment off rocks and sand, and arrange a place for it before a swim or restaurant visit.
