1. Requests and reservations

By using this site and submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate contact, rider, and delivery information.

Send us your plans and we'll get in touch to confirm the equipment, time, delivery, and payment details. Your reservation is only confirmed once we agree on those details with you.

Review the rental agreement and any waiver provided before you finalize your reservation. The request form does not take payment or guarantee availability.

2. Rental details and delivery

We bring your rental to you and pick it up anywhere in San Diego County, at no added delivery charge. Book online where available, or call us to arrange another address in the county.

The confirmation must identify the equipment, quantities, rental length, meeting point, and return arrangements. Attraction admission, venue storage, and special group services are not included unless explicitly agreed.

3. Rider eligibility

The person booking must be 18 or older. Scooter riders must be at least 16 and carry a valid driver's license or instruction permit. For riders ages 16-17, arrange parental consent and supervision before booking.

Onewheel eligibility and equipment fit must be confirmed separately. Each device carries one rider. Do not use a rental to carry a passenger.

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown in the request are based on the selected vehicles and rental periods. Confirm the final amount, payment timing, accepted methods, and any applicable security hold before finalizing. Do not send card numbers in the form or a message.

5. Cancellations, refunds, and weather

We'll go over cancellation, refund, and weather terms with you before you book. Ask us to include them with your confirmation, and call as soon as you know your plans need to change.

The terms supplied for your reservation explain any refund or cancellation fee. Review them before accepting, since an older page or message can have different terms.

6. Riding and equipment care

Wear the supplied helmet, follow the equipment instruction, and obey the rules for the actual device and location. Do not ride after alcohol or drugs, on prohibited sidewalks or boardwalks, through water, or on beach sand.

Keep scooter speed at or below 15 mph and obey lower limits. Do not perform stunts, tamper with equipment, or attempt repairs. Stop and contact us if the equipment is damaged or behaves unexpectedly.

Keep equipment secure and return it at the agreed place and time. Report damage, loss, or theft promptly. Review responsibility for loss or damage in the rental agreement before accepting it.

7. Risk and changes to the plan

Riding and balancing involve risks. Choose an outing that matches your ability and ask questions during instruction. Local access, weather, and equipment availability can require a different plan.

Call before extending a rental or changing collection details. We must confirm availability and any added cost with you. For an emergency, call 911 first.
